PROGRAM
8 am - Yoga, Breathing & Guided Meditation
Start the day with a light yoga session, paired with breathing exercises and a brief guided meditation
9 am - Healthy Breakfast & Tea Tasting
Delicious fresh fruits, pastries, egg-veggie frittatas, and a guided Tea Tasting to learn more about these magical herbs
10 am - Photo Hike Adventure
A photography class where you will learn how to take better photos, improve your current skills, and explore the gorgeous Carillon property with a photographic mission. Achieve greatness at photographing people, landscapes, architecture, and more. The top images will be featured and rewarded during our lunchtime

Clay & Seaweed Treatment by the Sea
If the Photo Hike Adventure is not your cup of tea, you may choose instead to enjoy some relaxing time on the beach with this self-guided experience. We'll provide you with all the needed materials so you can play, rejuvenate, detox, and experience the ocean wellness
12 pm - Lunch Bufette, Photo Contest & Prizes
Enjoy a delicious lunch while we showcase the best photos submitted from the Photo Hike Adventure. Everyone gets to vote for the top 5 images of the day, all winners will receive amazing prizes!
2 pm - Me Time or Carillon History Talk
Relax under a palm tree or join this talk where you'll learn all about the legendary history of the Carillon Miami Beach
3 pm - Crystal Archetypes & Personal Lucy Charm Creation
Learn all about the ancient uses of crystals in diverse cultures, understand which ones are most beneficial for your daily life, and create your own healing bracelet or necklace to empower you in your daily life
5 pm - Carillon Beach Relax Time
Enjoy the rest of your day bathing in the ocean and soaking in some sun, and get ready to have an amazing night's sleep!
